LifeTimer Committee Exhibit

On January 16, 2020, the Texas Disabled Veterans Association provided a Military Exhibit promoting patriotism at the Woodland Baptist Church, on behalf of the Lifetimers Committee the displays allowed parishioners and Lifetimer members to view military artifacts, photographs, citations, and decorations/medals. A lecture on the history of the Congressional Medal of Honor was given with a short session of questions and answers followed by a delicious home-cooked lunch. The successful event was educational, full of laughter, and camaraderie. Also, present were members of Preceptor Alpha Kappa Beta Sigma Phi presenting a donation.  The donation was raised during the 2019 Christmas season wrapping gifts at Barnes and Nobles.
